Hi Molly,
I was hoping you might be able to provide a minor clarification on one of your recipes, specifically your recipe for “Indian Methi Chicken – Murg Methi”
In the instructions portion when it is time to add the chicken to the pan you wrote in step 6: “mix the marinated chicken to this cooking mixture…”
This is where I need clarification as you did not specify if the yogut marinade is also supposed to be added to the pan, or if the marinade is to be discarded once the chicken is removed and added to the cooking pan.

Hi Bob,
Thanks for the query and ‘yes’ you do need to add the yogurt marinade to the pan to cook along with chicken. Please do keep the gas on medium low heat (so yogurt doesn’t curdle). Once it’s all cooked, you can increase the heat to medium for final 3-4 minutes cooking. Hope you make it soon – Thanks, Molly
