  • 1 Medium Cantaloupe *
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 5-6 Sprigs Fresh Mint, thinly chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lemon **

Seasoning:

  • 1 Tsp Salt **
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder **
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder - optional

Instructions

Prepare the cantaloupe:

  • Start by cutting the cantaloupe in half, scooping out the seeds, and peeling the skin.
  • Slice the cantaloupe into cubes of your desired size and set aside


Assemble the salad

  • In a large salad bowl, add sliced cantaloupe, mint leaves, blueberries, seasoning, and lemon juice.
  • Mix everything nicely.
