Mother's Day Bliss Bowls: Quick, delicious and gorgeous winter bliss bowls that are great for breakfast / quick snack. Made using Two Good™ Yogurt by Light & Fit® from Safeway.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Two Good® Yogurt by Light & Fit™ - I’m using vanilla flavor
  • 3 Tbsp Granola - use any variety
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Almonds
  • 1/4 Tsp Flax Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Mint Fresh Leaves - optional

Instructions

Place the yogurt in a bowl

Top with granola, fresh berries, flax seed and chia seed.

Sprinkle turmeric on top and add mint leaves (if using)

Enjoy Chilled
