Quick Honey Sriracha Bacon Brussels Sprouts


Rrunchy, spicy-sweet and super yum dish a perfect side for your Thanksgiving or everyday meals. This recipe is #Glutenfree #Keto

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes


  • 1 Pound Brussels Sprouts - cleaned
  • 8 Strips Bacon - use the kind you like
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha - you can add or reduce quantity as per choice
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil


  1. In a bowl, whisk honey and sriracha together.
  2. Chop the brussels sprouts in bite size pieces (you can quarter them or cut them even further).
  3. Wash them with hot water and drain any excess water.
  4. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan.
  5. Place bacon strips and cook on both sides.
  6. Remove the cooked bacon and place on paper towel to soak any excess oil.
  7. Once the bacon is cold to touch, chop them into thin pieces.
  8. In the same pan, add chopped brussels sprouts and saute for 3-4 minutes (until slightly cooked).
  9. Now add the honey-sriracha mix and saute for a minute.
  10. Add chopped bacon and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  11. Turn off the heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
  12. Enjoy with other sides or main entrees.
