First thing first, these lil golden potatoes are absolutely addicting, and just remember to keep some extra for yourself if serving them at a party as they’ll be gone ASAP!
This is the 4-5 time I made them for a house party and there were literally none to just a small piece left at the end.
These Lemon Garlic Greek Potatoes are a perfect pair to so many grilling menus whether it’s an all-meat menu or a mix of both.
Also, they are just so easy to make that I can safely say, this will become one of your favorite side recipe, especially if you are a potato lover.
Ingredients for Air Fryer Greek Potatoes:
Can you believe these are ready with just 6-7 ingredients and ALL of these can be found in your kitchen easily. Here’s what you need:
Cups Small Boiled Potatoes – now I’m using small yellow potatoes, but you can use regular yellow/white potatoes too. Just quarter them or use thawed whole frozen potatoes.
Feta Cheese – crumbled
Chopped Cilantro Leaves – this adds so much flavor and there’s is no substitute to this
Garlic Powder – you can use fresh garlic but I find them overpowering in this recipe.
Juice of Lemon
Salt – use as per taste
Olive Oil – use the best quality you have as this adds a lot of flavors to this simple dish.
How to Air Fry Potatoes:
Once you have all the ingredients, the steps are pretty simple:
Start by whisking together 1/2 of all of these -> chopped cilantro lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, olive oil in a bowl.
Then add boiled potatoes and mix everything using a fork/spoon.
Preheat Air Fryer
Add half the potatoes to the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes.
Then turn the potatoes and fry for another 6-7 minutes.
Similarly, air fry the remaining potatoes.
Transfer to a serving bowl, add the remaining seasoning and toss evenly.
Serve and enjoy.
Serving Suggestion & Storage Tips:
Since, Greek flavors are very light in flavors, hence these potatoes are perfect with most menu/cuisines like:

Notes
Small Boiled Potatoes:you can use any other yellow potatoes and cook them till boiled. This recipe can be made using frozen potatoes too.
Garlic Powder:I'm using powder, but you can use fresh garlic too but it overpowers the taste a lot.
I made these for dinner last night and they were a huge hit! I bought the tiniest potatoes I could find and the recipe turned out fabulous. No leftovers! I’ll definitely be making these again.
