Garnish the ladoos with chopped dry fruits.
Step 8: Let the Ladoos Set
- Place the ladoos on a plate and let them cool for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store the ladoos in an airtight container for up to two weeks or in the fridge for more.
Tips for Making Perfect Ragi Sattu Ladoo
Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ragi and sattu flour ensure the best flavor and texture. Old flour can make the ladoos taste stale.
Adjust sweetness: You can tweak the amount of jaggery based on your personal preference.
Add texture: Dry fruits, seeds like sesame and flaxseeds, and even coconut flakes can add texture and extra nutrients.
Vegan option: If you’re vegan, simply replace ghee with coconut oil or any plant-based fat like almond butter.
