Apart from lining up, I used to feel that pinch of paying upto 5 bucks per cup and that also 2-3 times a week. That’s when I decided to make my own version.

And to ,y surprise, it was super easy to make the Copycat Starbucks Peppermint Mocha or Peppermint Mocha Latte at home.

Different Version of Easy Peppermint Mocha Recipe

VEGAN Peppermint Mocha Recipe:

I love using ‘Unsweetened Almond Milk’ for the vegan version and top it with coconut whipped cream.

I sometimes use maple syrup to sweeten the coffee or you can use sweetened version of almond milk.

KETO Peppermint Mocha Recipe:

For this version, I use ‘Full Fat Milk’ and I use ‘Heavy Whipping Cream’ for the topping.

I usually whip the cream along with some monkfruit or stevia extract.

Also, for the keto version, I don’t add the peppermint bark on top.

What to do if you Don’t have Peppermint Extract?

Okay, I’ve been in this situation before and my easiest swap or trick is to use ‘Peppermint Bark’ !!!

Yes, you heard it right, simply make the recipe as detailed above and add ‘crushed peppermint bark’ instead of sweetener.

Whisk it thoroughly and you cannot find the difference!

Seriously, it’s that Easy Peasy and Economical too – Just grab some extra peppermint bark 😉
