Easy Fruit Cream Recipe Ingredients:
1 Cup Vanilla Ice-Cream Chilled
½ Cup Whipped Cream
1 Cup Strawberry – Chopped (Fresh or Frozen)
¼ Cup Walnuts – Chopped
¼ Cup Chocolate Chips – small
3 Tbsp Caramel Sauce
2 Tbsp Lemon Rind
Method:
- In a large bowl, add strawberry, walnuts, chocolate chip, caramel sauce, lemon rind, and mix evenly.
- Add ice cream and whipped cream to the above mixture and fold quickly to smooth and mix
everything. - Distribute the mixture evenly in the long-stem glasses and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Serve Chilled
