Skinny Vodka Sugar Cookie Martini (No Amaretto)

Enjoy the holidays more with everyones favorite ‘Skinny Vodka Sugar Cookie Martini’ made using light vodka, light baileys, sugar-free coffee creamer, and brandy.  No Amaretto is required for this recipe. 

Why Skinny Sugar Cookie Martini?

Welcome to the sweet side of life! I love cocktails and if you are like me then who stops at one, especially at Christmas or New Year.

Hence I’m always looking at ways to turn the regular cocktails into a skinny or skinnier version either by using ‘sugar-free alternatives’ or ‘skim milk/cream’ options.

So, my ‘Skinny Sugar Cookie Martini‘ is a guilt-free concoction that combines the nostalgic flavors of sugar cookies with a light and refreshing twist to satisfy your cravings.

Skinny Sugar Cookie Martini Ingredients:

Join us on this flavor journey, let’s shake up some magic together and create this deliciousness. My version doesn’t include ‘Amaretto’ as I didn’t have one at home but I am using ‘brandy’ instead. 

• Light Vanilla Vodka
• Baileys Deliciously Light – can use Kahlua too
• Sugar-Free Creamer – can use vanilla or sugar cookie flavor
• Brandy – for that extra notch and delight 🙂
• Ice 

For Rimming the Glass:

Sugar-Free White Chocolate Icing or Melted Chocolate

You can use ‘Sugar-Free Sprinkles’ or even ‘Graham Crackers’. 

Prepare the Sugar-Free Martini:

Rim the Glasses:

It’s super simple to rim the glass and you just need to take some icing or melted chocolate on a knife.

Then paste it in a circular motion on the outside edges of the glasses.

Add the sprinkles to a small plate and swirl the chocolate-coated side on the sprinkles.

Make sure to cover all the rim with sprinkles and keep the glasses aside.

Make the Drink: 

We just add all the ‘martini ingredients’ in the shaker jar/cocktail maker and shake everything twice.

Then pour the drink in the rimmed glasses.

Top with cream (use as per choice or can skip) and add some sprinkles on top.

Serve Fresh and Enjoy 

Since we are already making a skinny version of the original recipe, I’m adding a spoonful of whipped cream on top of each glass with sprinkles on top for a festive look.

However, it’s optional, you can skip or add any topping or decoration on top.

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Light Vodka
• 1/2 Cup Light Baileys
• 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Coffee Creamer, use vanilla or sugar cookie flavor
• 4 Tbsp Brandy, optional
• 1 Cup Ice
• 4 Tbsp Fat Free Cream - optional for decoration

For Rimming the Glasses:

• 1 Tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla Chocolate Icing
• 2 Tbsp Sugar Free Sprinkles

Instructions

Make the Sprinkle Rimmed Glasses:

• Take vanilla icing on a knife and rim the edges of the glass with it.
• Now add sprinkles in a small plate and place the rimmed glass upside down on it.
• Swirl the glass to coat the rim with sprinkles.
• Once covered, keep the glass aside.
  

Make the Skinny Sugar Cookie Martini:

In a shaker jar or cocktail jar, add ice, vodka, baileys and coffee creamer.

• Add Brandy and close the lid. Shake 1-2 times to mix everything evenly.
• Take the rimmed glasses and pour the martini in all of them.
• Top with whipped fat-free cream and add some sprinkles on top.
• Serve fresh and enjoy
