Air Fryer Stuffed Korean Buns Vegetarian:
If you’re like me and love snacking and looking for Korean-inspired snacks, these buns are a quick, healthy, and delicious choice!
I’ve literally made them 3 times a week and still, the cravings don’t stop and the best part, they are not as loaded and heavy as the original cream cheese Korean buns.
The best part? No deep frying is required! These buns turn out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, all thanks to the air fryer.

Serving Suggestions
These Korean-inspired air fryer buns are delicious on their own, but here are some tasty pairing ideas:
- Dipping Sauce: Serve with soy sauce, gochujang dip, or a sesame ginger sauce.
- Side Dish: Pair with a Korean cucumber salad or kimchi.
- Tea or Soup: Enjoy with a hot bowl of miso soup or green tea.
Expert Tips for Perfect Air Fryer Buns
- Don’t Overfill – Too much filling can cause the buns to burst while cooking.
- Brush with Milk or Oil – This helps create a golden, crispy exterior.
- Check for Doneness – Air fryer times may vary, so keep an eye on the buns as they can burn or overcook real quick
- Use Parchment Paper – This prevents sticking and helps with easy cleanup.
