EGGLESS MANGO MOUSSE INGREDIENTS:
It cannot get easier than this dessert and here are the simple ingredients
Ripe Mangoes:
The star ingredient of this recipe, ripe mangoes brings a burst of tropical flavor and natural sweetness to the mousse. Choose mangoes that are fragrant, juicy, and ripe for the best results. If you can get your hands on Indian mangoes, I would suggest use that.
Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese):
Surprisingly creamy and rich, paneer adds a velvety texture to the mousse without the need for eggs. Its mild flavor perfectly complements the sweetness of the mangoes, creating a harmonious balance of flavors and making this packed with protein too.
Sweetener of Choice:
Depending on the sweetness of your mangoes, you may need to add a touch of sweetness to the mousse. You can use powdered sugar, honey, stevia, monk fruit or any other sweetener of your choice to adjust the sweetness according to your preference
Now that you have the ingredients, lets get started with the recipe details.

What a great way to enjoy something sweet without all the added sugar. This recipe is a keeper for sure! I don’t always have paneer, will it also work with dry cottage cheese?
