EGGLESS MANGO MOUSSE INGREDIENTS:

It cannot get easier than this dessert and here are the simple ingredients

Ripe Mangoes:
The star ingredient of this recipe, ripe mangoes brings a burst of tropical flavor and natural sweetness to the mousse. Choose mangoes that are fragrant, juicy, and ripe for the best results. If you can get your hands on Indian mangoes, I would suggest use that.

Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese):
Surprisingly creamy and rich, paneer adds a velvety texture to the mousse without the need for eggs. Its mild flavor perfectly complements the sweetness of the mangoes, creating a harmonious balance of flavors and making this packed with protein too.

Sweetener of Choice:
Depending on the sweetness of your mangoes, you may need to add a touch of sweetness to the mousse. You can use powdered sugar, honey, stevia, monk fruit or any other sweetener of your choice to adjust the sweetness according to your preference

Now that you have the ingredients, lets get started with the recipe details.

Once the mousse is made, you can add any dessert toppings of your choice like nuts, syrups, herbs.

We are diving the recipe into 3 easy parts:

Part 1 - Prepare the Purees:

  • Peel and dice the ripe mangoes, discarding the seeds.
  • Place the mango pieces in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If desired, strain the mango puree to remove any fibrous bits for a smoother texture. Set aside.

  • Blend until the paneer becomes smooth and creamy, resembling the texture of whipped cream or mascarpone cheese.
  • This step may take a few minutes, depending on the quality and moisture content of the paneer.

Part 2 - Combine Mango Puree and Paneer:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mango puree and blended paneer.
  • Gently fold the two ingredients together until well incorporated, ensuring there are no lumps.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding your choice of sweetener, if needed. Mix well.
