As many of you know that I’m always looking at products to help increase our daily probiotics intake (hello digestive health :)) and these NEW Bigelow Probiotics Teas at Walmart are one amazing find!

So, I included this Lavender Chamomile with Probiotics and Green Tea with Ginger Plus Probiotics teas to our daily morning routine.


Growing up in India and just like any other Indian house, we also truly believe in ‘Tea is Life and Life is Tea’.

Tea is such an integral part of our everyday life, be it early mornings, breakfast, snack, office lunch, dinner or any kind of get-together.

So you can imagine when I came here in the USA, the first thing I missed was ‘Tea’ and in my quest to find that perfect tea (after trying a lot of teas here), I discovered ‘Bigelow Teas‘.

I discovered more and more of their flavors and It simply became an integral part of our everyday life.

Cashew Ginger Protein Energy Balls

Cashew-Ginger Protein Energy Balls

Cashew-Ginger Protein Energy Balls: a quick energy ball recipe using oats, cashews, ginger powder, protein powder, chia, etc. Perfect for snack or light breakfast.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes


Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Cashews - you can use slightly roasted for a smokey flavor
  • 4 Tbsp Protein Powder - I'm using vanilla flavor
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts Seeds

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Honey - can replace with sweetener or any other sugar substitute
  • 2 Tbsp Cashew Butter


  1. Add all the Dry Ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse to form a smooth-crumbly powder mix.
  3. Transfer to a large bowl.
  4. Now add cashew butter + honey and mix everything to combine "wet+dry" ingredients properly. (you may add some more honey/warm water to form balls incase dough is dry).
  5. Now take 2tbsp of this mix in your palm and form smooth balls.
  6. Similarly work all the mix till you get all the Cashew-Ginger Protein Energy Balls ready.
  7. Eat them right away or Place in air-tight box and keep in fridge for upto 3 weeks.
