Green Elixir Drink – Easy green smoothie that’s absolutely healthy and rejuvenate the body with needed nutrients.
Serve fresh or stored in the fridge for a day.
I’m sharing this super healthy and satiating drink recipe which is just perfect for the Valentines Breakfast.
I’ve been drinking green juice for breakfast for a couple of months now.
It’s fast, healthy and tastes great (For a non-breakfast eater, its a boon) but the only thing is that I feel hungry after a couple of hours (like 2-3hrs).
It was going on like this and everytime I used to end up snacking …..
But then recently I’ve been adding some nuts and seeds into the drink and it actually keeps the tummy feeling full for longer….
It’s the added benefits of the fiber and protein that helps us feel full. Also, I feel slightly more energetic and because of the use of ‘Aloe’, my skin feels supple and much clearer now.
It’s super easy too like put everything in a blender and just mix to a smooth consistency…..
For some, you can drink it straight but for many like me, we can sieve it. (No Juicer Required)
So enjoy the drink and start the Valentines Day or just about any day with a more energetic you.
