Homestyle Apple Sandwich

Another one of my fall favorite recipe is a “homestyle apple sandwich“, its super duper easy and
made with all the veggies you like along with green apples.

Why Green Apple??? Coz they are juicy, crisp, add a tang to the regular sandwich and also cause I had many of them lying at home šŸ˜‰
Homestyle??? Coz I was too lazy to take out the panini press or any other fancy kitchen electronic. Hence plain simple nonstick and it creates a great crust too.
Enjoy them fresh n warm !!!

Serves: 1
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot along with beverage of choice.

Tools:
1 Medium Bowl – For mixing veggies

4 Slices of Bread – I’m using regular brown bread, you can use your choice or bread/bagel
Cooking Spray – You can use regular oil

Method:

  • Divide the mixture in two parts and spread over two slices of bread. Cover with remaining
    slices. (Pic2)
  • Spray the nonstick pan with oil and heat on high flame for a min.
