Indian Cilantro Chutney Recipe – Sweet n Tangy Version (Glutenfree)
Serves: 1 medium container
Serving Suggestion: Serve with spicy food.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Fresh Cilantro
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Tamarind Paste
2 Clove of Garlic
2 Green Chili – Optional
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder – Optional
2 Tbsp Water
Method:
- Wash cilantro, garlic, green chilies and drain out all water.
- Add all the above Ingredients in a blender jar and pulse to form a smooth paste.
- Serve Fresh with spicy food or store in the fridge in an airtight container upto a
month.
