1 Packet Carnation Breakfast EssentialsĀ® - chocolate flavor

1/2 Cup Raspberry - fresh or frozen

1 Cup Plain Yogurt

1 Cup Ice

-- Toppings -- (All toppings are OPTIONAL, use as per taste/convenience)

1 Tbsp Almond Butter

2 Tbsp Toasted Oatmeal - quick or old fashion

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Flax Seeds

2 Tbsp Coconut Flakes - unsweetened

1 Tbsp Ground Almond

1 Tbsp Sun-Flower Seeds

6 Raspberry


  1. In a blender jar, add all the smoothie content and pulse to form a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer to 2 bowls.
  3. Decorate with the mentioned toppings.
  4. Serve Fresh.
