Now, Have you heard of Carnation Breakfast EssentialsĀ®Ā ? I’ve been using them for quite some time now and they definitely are my favorite goto breakfast option (comes in drinks and powder). They come in individual packets and are so easy to carry (work / outdoor activity ). All I do is add theĀ Carnation Breakfast Essentials powder toĀ ourĀ favorite smoothie for that extra yummy -nutritious goodness.
