Homestyle Apple Sandwich

Homestyle Apple Sandwich

Another one of my fall favorite recipe is a “homestyle apple sandwich“, its super duper easy and
made with all the veggies you like along with green apples.

Why Green Apple??? Coz they are juicy, crisp, add a tang to the regular sandwich and also cause I had many of them lying at home πŸ˜‰
Homestyle??? Coz I was too lazy to take out the panini press or any other fancy kitchen electronic. Hence plain simple nonstick and it creates a great crust too.
Enjoy them fresh n warm !!!
Serves: 1
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot along with beverage of choice.
1 Medium Bowl – For mixing veggies
1 Medium heavy nonstick pan
1 Heavy Flat Spatula – For pressing the sandwiches

Β½ Small Onion – Thinly chopped
Β½ Small Tomato – Thinly chopped
1 Small stick of Celery – Thinly chopped
2 Tbsp Pickled Artichoke – Thinly chopped – (Optional)
1 Tbsp Pickled Banana Peppers – Thinly chopped (Optional)
1 Tbsp Chopped Cheese – Any cheese of your choice. (I’m using American cheese)

4 Slices of Bread – I’m using regular brown bread, you can use your choice or bread/bagel
Cooking Spray – You can use regular oil
