Welcoming Spring with this Dreamy, Citrusy, and Delicious Cocktail !!!
I loooove Kombucha and my fridge is always stocked with ginger kombucha along with a few other flavors.
And this is one of my favorite quick and kinda healthy, lighter version drinks.
This year the west coast is under a lot of rain and a lot of us had been waiting to embrace the spring-summer days … the lush green mountains, spring breeze, and lots of sunshine.
So, I couldn’t miss the chance to a little unwind when we got the first glimpse of sunny views and made this quick refreshing drink.
Gin Kombucha Cocktail Ingredients:
As breezy as spring gets, the ingredients are equally simple and easy in this drink and it literally is ready in less than 5 minutes.
All you need is:
- Ginger Kombucha (any brand or homemade)
- Fresh Oranges (can use store-bought juice)
- Sweetener (I’m using maple syrup but you can use any sweetener in your hand like honey, simple syrup, etc).
Now, incase you do not have or get ‘Ginger Kombucha’, you can use fresh ginger juice.
Just grate some ginger and press it in a clean cloth or strainer to extract the juice.
Orange Ginger Gin Cocktail:
Once you have all the ingredients, the drink is as quick as mix, shake and pour.
Just add all the ingredients in a shaker jar or jug and give it a quick shake or a stir.
Then strain and pour the drink in cute glasses and enjoy 🙂
Kombucha Substitute in Cocktails:
Incase you do not like or have kombucha at your place, here are the substitutes:
Sparkling Water (orange or ginger flavor)
Sprite or Mountain Dew

Orange Ginger Gin Kombucha Cocktail: refreshing & quick, 4 ingredients fizzy citrusy cocktail that's perfect for spring-summer parties.
- 1 Ginger Kombucha Bottle (15.2 oz)
- 4 Small Oranges (squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (check notes below)
- 7-8 Ice Cubes
- Take a Tall Shaker Jar or Jug.
- Add Ice, squeezed orange juice, maple syrup, and ginger kombucha.
- Shake for a minute.
- Pour using a strainer in glasses and enjoy
Maple Syrup: you can use honey, agave or simple syrup as an alternative.
