1½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Packet Dry Active Yeast
(Approx 1½ Tsp in each bag)

1 Tsp Honey
1¼ Cup Warm Water
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
For Margherita Pizza

2 Large Tomato – Cut into rings
5-6 Fresh Basil Leaves

Method:
Prep Work: Preheat
Oven at 425f (232C)

- Mix whole wheat flour
with all-purpose flour and keep aside. - In a large pot, combine
yeast , honey, 4 tsp warm water and set aside for 10 min. (This step is very important as yeast forms
quickly in warm sweet water) - Add salt, oil, rest of
warm water, 1 cup of flour and mix lightly. (Make
sure to knead lightly as putting too much pressure will flatten/harden the
pizza base when baked) - Add rest of the flour
and make into loose dough. - Grease a pot, put the
dough, cover with wet cloth & keep for 1hr. - Dough double in size,
turn on board, cut in 4 balls, put wet cloth and keep in warm place for 40 min. - The dough balls will
rise further, roll each of them into
round pizza base. - Now apply olive oil on
each pizza base followed by ketchup sauce. - Place Tomato rings on
each pizza base, sprinkle cheeses, basil leaves, garlic powder and salt. - Place 2 pizza on each
tray (Lined with aluminum foil). - Put tray in bottom of
the oven bake in 450degree for 5 min and then shift to middle rack for 5-6 min. - Take out the pizza, run
a pizza slicer to cut into desired slices and Serve Hot.
