Guacamole Recipe – Authentic Mexican Recipe (Vegan + Glutenfree): super easy guacamole recipe using avocados, onion, tomato and seasonings.
Can be served as a Dip with finger snacks / Breads / Chips OR can be added as a filling to sandwiches
1 Medium Bowl for mixing all the Ingredients.
3 Medium Avocado
1 Medium Onion – Thinly Chopped 1½ Medium Tomato – Thinly Chopped 1 Large Garlic Clove – Mashed and Thinly Chopped 1 Large Green Chilies – Deseeded and thinly chopped 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice – Fresh is preferred but store bought 2 Tsp Lime Juice – Fresh is preferred but store bought 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro/Coriander – Thinly Chopped – Optional Salt – As per taste
Slice the avocado into half along with skin (As per picture above) and scoop the pulp into a medium bowl.
Using a Fork, Mash the avocado pulp into small chunks, now add onion, tomato, green chilies, garlic and mix well.
Once nicely mixed, add lemon+lime juice, salt and give it a quick stir to incorporate everything.
Now add coriander and give it a final stir and the guacamole is ready, now place it in the fridge for 15 min.
