Eggless Chocolate Cake recipe

 

Serves: 8 People
Serving Suggestion: With Chocolate Frosting or with Fruits.

Tools:
1 Large Bowl to mix wet ingredients
1 Large Bowl to sift dry ingredients
Electric Hand Mixer OR Kitchen Aid
1 Round Baking Tin (Greased)

Ingredients for Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe: 

3 cups flour

2 cups sugar

6 tablespoons cocoa powder

¾ cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups water

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

 



Method for Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt).
  2. Keep the whisked dry ingredients aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together wet ingredients (water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla).
  4. Now add 1/2 of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and continue mixing until smooth (no lumps).
  5. Now add the remaining dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk everything to a smooth batter.
  6. Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  7. After 40 minutes, remove the cake from oven and insert a toothpick. If it comes clean, the cake is cooked evenly (if not, bake for another 5 minutes).
  8. Once cake is baked, remove the cake from oven and cool completely.
  9. Slice the cake and enjoy.
