I LOVE duck, and I LOVE tacos...so this is a win for me. I just found a new butcher who carries duck on a regular basis. I know what I am going to get next time I visit the store...and these will be happening in my kitchen for sure.

Wow!! When I think of tacos I think of them more as street food. But my goodness you've taken street food and turned it gourmet. Sounds absolutely delicious. Wish duck meat were more available around here. Now, ducks wander around our neighborhood but I don't think the people that encourage the ducks around their pond would appreciate us grabbing them for dinner. Great recipe!!
