Are you a Coffee Lover……do you look for coffee the moment you get up or is it ‘The Only Thing‘ on your mind and you just cannot function without it?

Well, I for sure am One of those people – (Don’t get me wrong, I do love my morning lemon water/smoothies)

But Coffee holds that Extra Special Place – the mere mention brings a smile to my face.

Apart from the regular cup of joe, I love experimenting by adding coffee to our breakfast or dessert recipes.

And one such recipe is Coffee Smoothie and there cannot be anything easier than this which combines your morning cuppa joe with breakfast.

For this particular recipe, I’m using International Delight Simply Pure Coffee Creamer along with a few ingredients listed below for this yummy recipe.

Coffee Creamer Smoothie Ingredients:

  • Instant Coffee
  • Coffee Creamer (Vanilla Flavor) – any that you like
  • Ice
  • Frozen Banana
  • Instant Oats
  • Medjool Date – you can use any pitted dates
  • Almonds
  • Chia Seeds
  • Flax Seeds

For Decoration:

  • Whipped Cream
  • Cocoa Powder / Instant coffee

Just pulse everything together to form a smooth consistency and enjoy all at once or carry it to go.

Whenever we visit Walmart, I always stock up on Coffee Creamer (as I cannot imagine my cuppa coffee with any other thing).

And this time I came across ‘ International Delight Simply Pure Coffee Creamer ‘ which is made with real milk, cream and sugar and comes in 3 simply delicious flavors: Vanilla, Caramel and Hazelnut.

And there’s no question asked / not even a blink of an eye as we picked up all 3 flavors.

Infact, some selected Walmart stores, are also running a Demo on them between March 3-6th – checklist here

For this particular smoothie, I’m using the Vanilla flavor creamer and keeping it a slightly textured smoothie but you can always use any powerful blender to make it completely smooth.

At times, I prefer having them with a splash of whipped cream, topped with cocoa powder to make it extra fancy πŸ™‚

It’s also a great option when you’re craving dessert for breakfast but don’t want something elaborate. It seriously cannot get easier than this.

: NOTE :

Since I’m keeping the smoothie slightly textured, you might find some residue settle in the bottom, simply stir using a stray/spoon before consuming and you get the same blended consistency again.

Go ahead and give this super delicious blend a try and you are most welcome to use toppings of your choice (think fresh fruit/dry fruits/power seeds/etc) and Enjoy with your friends and family.

You can find the creamer at any Walmart Dairy Section (Pics below):
