10 Minutes Monster Eye Cookies: last-minute halloween monster eye cookies using ritz cracker/monaco biscuit, nutella, sugar, candy eyes, and Fruits. This is a no-cook or no-bake recipe that's perfect for last minute halloween treat.

Ingredients

  • 12 Ritz Crackers (monaco biscuit)
  • 5 Tbsp Nutella
  • 25 Candy Eyes
  • 3 Tbsp Black Crystal Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Powder
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 6 Raspberries - sliced into halves
  • 12 Blueberries
  • 12 Blackberries

Instructions

  1. In a large serving platter arrange 12 Ritz crackers / Monaco biscuits.
  2. Take Nutella spread by spoon and spread it in a circular motion on each Ritz cracker.
  3. Arrange them back on the platter with Nutella's side facing up.
  4. Sprinkle crystal black sugar on all the Nutella-covered crackers.
  5. Sprinkle coconut powder on all the Nutella-covered crackers.
  6. Now, place blueberries on every alternate nutella-covered cracker.
  7. Now, place halved raspberries on the remaining Nutella-covered cracker.
  8. Place fruits all around the platter as per choice or as displayed.
  9. Place candy eyes on the crackers with blueberries and raspberries.
  10. Place the large candy eye (if using) on the center platter cracker.
  11. Sprinkle some more black crystal sugar and coconut powder on the nutella-covered crackers.
  12. Place the candy eyes on the fruits as per choice and serve.
  13. Or can store in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

    Then we sprinkle crystal sugar and coconut powder on all of them for that spooky effect.

    • Plastic Skeletal Hands
    • Witch Legs Costume Dolls

    Just to give it a dramatic look, I presented them on a black earthen platter on a cobwebbed background.

    Placed some witch’s doll legs around the platter along with plastic skeletal hands and monster eyes around them.
