Now, Have you heard of Carnation Breakfast Essentials® ? I’ve been using them for quite some time now and they definitely are my favorite goto breakfast option (comes in drinks and powder).

They come in individual packets and are so easy to carry (work / outdoor activity ). There are day’s when I don’t have any time in the morning and yet I don’t want my family to miss their breakfast, that’s when they come most handy.

All I do is add the Carnation Breakfast Essentials powder to our favorite smoothie for that extra yummy -nutritious goodness.

Infact, I would recommend this to all the busy moms/parents and you can stock up on them especially during the start of a hectic school year.

Carnation Breakfast Essentials® have also introduced a ‘Light Start™’ option which has the same great flavors, taste but with fewer calories and sugar!

I hope you get to try them soon and make my ‘Quick Raspberry Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie Bowl’.
