Indian Cilantro Chutney Recipe – Sweet n Tangy Version (Glutenfree): This is an easy and quick chutney, which can be made in 5 mins with everyday Ingredients.

You can make them in advance and keep them in an airtight container in Fridge for upto a week. This is a perfect pair to any spicy food or salads.

 

Indian Cilantro Chutney Recipe – Sweet n Tangy Version (Glutenfree)

 

Serves: 1 medium container

Serving Suggestion: Serve with spicy food.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Fresh Cilantro
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Tamarind Paste
2 Clove of Garlic
2 Green Chili – Optional
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder – Optional
2 Tbsp Water
Method:
  1. Wash cilantro, garlic, green chilies and drain out all water.
  2. Add all the above Ingredients in a blender jar and pulse to form a smooth paste.
  3. Serve Fresh with spicy food or store in the fridge in an airtight container upto a
    month.
